Welcome to the new and improved M.R. Mackenzie website!

This new iteration of the website includes a number of improvements and all-new features. Some of the key additions include:

• A more consistent overall design, powered by the MDBootstrap framework
• An in-depth character biography for Anna Scavolini, main protagonist of my main series of novels
• An exclusive deleted chapter from In the Silence, available to read for free
• A dedicated Events page listing all my upcoming public appearances
• Major news announcements “pinned” to both the Home and News pages in the Featured News section
• Facebook and Twitter buttons on all news entries for easier sharing

I had originally hoped to launch the new design alongside a mailing list signup with an exclusive free short story. However, the story itself is taking a little longer to complete than I originally foresaw. As something of a calling card for my writing, it’s important to me that it be of the same high standard as my published novels. As such, I’ll be taking my time to perfect it and launching the mailing list at a later date (hopefully by the end of the year, though I’m avoiding making any firm promises).
