Mailing list and short story launched!

As of today, I’ve finally launched my author mailing list, and along with it The Girl Who Wasn’t, the Anna Scavolini short story I wrote as a free giveaway for subscribers.

If you want to stay up to date with all the latest news on new novels and events, delivered direct to your inbox, the Mailing List is for you! You’ll get access to early cover reveals, sneak peeks at works-in-progress… in other words, you’ll get the inside track before everyone else!

If all that sounds good to you, head on over, sign up now, and you’ll be reading within seconds. The Girl Who Wasn’t is available in Word .docx, Adobe .pdf, Kindle .mobi and generic eBook .epub versions, so you should have no trouble finding a format that suits your needs. A huge thanks to my army of beta readers who helped shape this story into the finished piece: Suze Clarke-Morris, Kat Ellinger, Pam Fox, Karen Hogg, Sarah Kelley, Daniel Sardella, Caroline Whitson and Aileen Wilson.

As a quick reminder of what you have to look forward to, here’s the blurb and cover art.

Spring is in the air, and Glasgow criminology lecturer Anna Scavolini, soaking up the sun in Kelvingrove Park, can’t help but look on longingly at the young couple canoodling on the bench opposite.

But when the girl, third-year student Cora Pettigrew, goes missing following an argument with her volatile boyfriend, Anna quickly suspects foulplay. Is her imagination running away from her, or is she the unwitting witness to a crime of passion?

Unable to let matters lie, Anna uses her knowledge of the university and its institutions to pursue her own investigation. But can she succeed in getting to the bottom of Cora’s disappearance before something truly awful happens to her… or is she already too late?
