With sample chapters of The Shadow Men now available, I’ve taken the opportunity to expand the amount of material available in the samples for my three previous novels. In the Silence and Cruel Summer’s samples now each feature the prologue and first three chapters, while The Library Murders features the first two chapters. So, if you’re on the fence about whether to pick up any of the titles in my back catalogue, you can now “try before you buy” to a far greater extent than before.

As a side note, chapters one and two of Cruel Summer each contain additional material not present in the original publication, and as such serve as a sneak peek at the new revised and expanded edition coming later this year, similar to the already available revised edition of In the Silence.
